End User License Agreement

This agreement is between you and Aviation Audio ("we") for the Aviation software instrument and its sound content ("the Software").

1. License

On purchase we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on up to [N] computers that you own or control.

2. Your music

Audio you create with the Software is yours. You may use it in commercial and non-commercial works royalty-free.

3. Restrictions

You may not redistribute, resell, or share the Software, its samples or presets, on their own or as part of another sample library, instrument or sound product. You may not reverse-engineer the Software except where law allows.

4. Updates and expansions

Free updates within the 1.x version line are covered by this license. Expansion packs are licensed on the same terms.

5. Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid.

6. Termination

This license ends if you break its terms. You must then uninstall the Software.

7. Governing law
