Refund Policy

All sales are final. Aviation and its expansion packs are digital products delivered instantly, so we do not offer refunds once a license has been issued.

That's why Aviation has a free trial: download it, play every preset in your own DAW, and buy only when you're sure.

If something doesn't work on your system, contact support and we'll fix it, or replace a license issued in error (duplicate purchase, wrong product).

[Nothing here limits rights that local consumer law gives you and that can't be waived. In the EU/UK, buyers must expressly agree at checkout to immediate delivery and the loss of their withdrawal right.]
